About ESCRS
Emirates Society founded in Dubai, UAE in 2020, is known as the Emirates Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery.
The ESCRS operates under the leadership of Emirates Medical Association (EMA), as a leading society for specialized colorectal surgeons, professionals, nurses, technicians who are associated with this field. At ESCRS, we aim to reduce the incidence and prevalence of colorectal cancer through early detection of pre-malignant lesions in the colon and implement updated programs for its management.
Subsequently, we also focus on educating fellow medical professionals in best practices and quality patient care, both locally and internationally. Through ongoing research and innovation, we have significantly improved the early screening, treatment and survival rates of many patients.
